Garrett is a performance-driven President of Operations who has been successful operating trusted brands like Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Hyatt. He is dedicated to continuous business improvement with a focus on enhancing revenue, streamlining business operations and a focus on excellent employee development. Garrett has made a career of implementing proven processes and procedures at underperforming properties to drive profit maximization and in doing so he and his team have been awarded multiple Hilton Excellence awards, the Hilton Lighthouse Award and the IHG True Hospitality Award all while being recognized by team members as a Top Workplace.
After Attending Texas A&M University, Andrew spent
22 years of his career in the building materials
industry specializing in operations, logistics, and
production. He led several continuous improvement
initiatives through Lean Manufacturing project
management. He entered Business Development
due to his solid relationships with customers, vendors,
and the communities where he lives and works.
Andrew lives in Temple, TX with his wife, Theresa.
They have a son, Aidan, who is a Senior at Texas
A&M and a daughter, Sydney, who is a Junior at
Tarleton State. In his spare time, Andrew loves
camping, hiking, kayaking, and playing guitar.
Devon is an awarded revenue management professional with a passion for outside of the box thinking and a holistic approach to driving RevPAR. After graduation from Texas Tech’s Restaurant Hospitality and Institutional Management program, she started her Revenue Management career at Hilton’s corporate office where she learned revenue management foundations and strategies from the ground up. After Hilton, Devon worked for over a decade in the corporate third-party management space, taking on revenue management responsibilities for Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt and Radisson hotels. This award winning Revenue professional has a passion for data-informed revenue direction and a heart for customer service. Winning RevPAR share, crushing revenue goals and creating trusting relationships fuel her day-to-day attitude towards serving her hotels.
Devon received the prestigious award of Revenue Manager of the Year for Aimbridge Hospitality – which oversees over 800 properties world-wide.
Devon lives in Anna, Texas with her husband, Matt and two son’s Baird and Beau. When she isn’t chasing her boys around a baseball field, Devon enjoys baking, playing pickle ball and helping on her family’s small cattle ranch.
Jeff Nelson joined Foxhole with over 33 years of multi-brand hospitality experience, both in Full Service and Select Service segmentations.
Jeff spent 10 years as a Director of Sales and 5 years as a Corporate Director of Sales over multiple properties.
The past 18 years he has successfully lead properties across diverse verticals, brands and markets as a General Manager.
The majority of which include IHG, Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott.
Jeff also has several years’ experience working with independent properties.
He has absorbed the training and culture each brand has to offer.
He evaluates operations with a system approach and relies on his wide range of situational experiences to correct, improve and strengthen processes.
Tom is an awarded teacher, coach, and former Vice President of Operations for one of the most recognized catering and event companies in the state of Texas. Prior to launching Foxhole Hospitality, Tom was President of a $500 Million hospitality organization, garnering one of the Top Workplaces in San Antonio for five consecutive years during his tenure, and was honored with a spot as a Top Workplace in the United States. With years of experience in education and private business, Tom understands and models the values of effective team leadership, coaching, mentoring, honesty, and trustworthiness. His mission is to help inspire as many people as he can focusing on relationships to inspire everyone to become the best versions of themselves.
